What is the status of my order?
Once an order is shipped an email confirmation is sent to the email in the order.
In this email is a link to your tracking information for your package. If you do
not receive an email once you place your order you may not have provided us with
the correct email address. Please send an email to the Sales Department (link below)
for an inquiry into your order.
How long will my order take?
Approved orders are usually shipped within 1 business days, some order require verification
which can take additional time. We are located on the West Coast. From the day shipped
your order will take up to 8 business days to reach the East Coast, 5 business days
for Central and 3 business days for the West Coast. If it has been three weeks from
the date you placed your order and you have not receive it, please contact us with
your order number and date you placed the order.
To expedite your order, please make sure you have
the correct billing address and CVV number for the credit card being used. Orders
that do not match for address, zip code and CVV number will be placed on hold until
verified. If unsure of this information, please contact your banking institution
before placing an order.
Cost of Shipping?
We offer a variety of shipping methods using UPS and
USPS. We understand shipping cost are high and for this reason we strive to charge
only the actual shipping cost. UPS shipping is based on weight and destination.
Rural areas are charged a extra destination charge by UPS. For more information

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to you will receive an email within 3 business days with your RAN, a copy of your order
and the instructions on how and where to return the item. Please read the
back of your invoice for more information on Returns. No phone calls for a RAN request
as all RAN's need to be documented by email.
I would like to place an order and I live outside
the United States?
We currently accept orders from Canada through our shopping cart. For other
countries, please visit

I would like to pay by check or money order?
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, America Express or Discover card, sorry we do
not accept checks, cashier checks or money orders at this time. Please sign up for
a Pay Pal
account if you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use a credit card online.
I bought a product from another retailer and
I want to return it?
We do not manufacture any of the items we sell. If you need to ask questions to
the manufacture of the products we carry please contact them directly or go back
